Apparently it was pretty close but the sellers really liked Per and I from when we met them so they went with our offer.
Anybody good at removing pink tile??

congrats.... also I am always good at demo, but never at putting things back together!
Congratulations you two!! Owning a home is well worth all the effort you put into buying and remodeling it. Hope we can come and see it someday.
